FURNITURE.&nbsp;WAGNER. 2020 Whilst doing a project with the process of metal spinning I was inspired by the stackable form of paper cups.&nbsp;The Move table consists of just two parts, the cone shaped base and the tray. MCBW. 2019Stackable stool: Mdf oak veneer I was invited by Jonathan Mauloubier the initiator of the show, to participate in the Woodworks exhibition, at the Munich design business week, at the Holzrausch showroom in Munich. My idea was to challenge the traditional craftsmanship and to design a stool which seems to be carved out from a single piece of wood. WRONG FOR HAY. PACKAGING. 2013 Just before the launch of Wrong for Hay in 2013, there where no images of all the new products yet. I was asked by Sebastian Wrong to come up with some kind of language, which could be used to represent each product in a leaflet to give away to the retailers at the launch of the new brand. He was trained as an interior decorator before studying industrial design at the Muthesius Kunsthochschule in Kiel (Germany) and the Royal College of Art in London where he graduated with a Master of Arts in Design Products.After his graduation he has worked briefly for Industrial Facility in London and for Stefan Diez in Munich, before establishing his own design studio and becoming a tutor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.Since he has developed products for companies such as HAY, Wagner and Gaggenau.The Turn On light for HAY was awarded with the HAY Talent Award in 2014 and was the London Design Museum Design of the year 2015 social vote winner.WORKJoel aims to design objects for mass-production that do not fuel mass-consumption; to inspire people to own fewer things of greater quality that remain in use for longer.
